Product Description

Application: This machine is mainly used for filling and capping products such as pepper powder, spices powder, protein powder, milk powder, talcum powder, makeup powder, pharmaceutical powder, etc.

Performance feature:

1. Workflow: bottle feeding (optional)→powder lifting (optional)→filling→adding plug (optional)→adding cap→capping/crimping→bottle collecting (optional).
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. Combination type transparent material box, easy to disassemble and clean without tools. 
4. The servo motor controls the auger, which has advantages of high measurement accuracy and fast speed.
5. For materials with high dust content, a dust suction device can be equipped at the discharge port (optional).
6. During filling, it has the function of vibrating the bottle synchronously, making the material more compact inside the bottle.
